Making Your Training Effective and Memorable

Training should be equated with learning and subsequent application. Unfortunately, that is not always the case. Training without learning can be caused by many factors: the environment, the content, the learner or the instructor. If any one of these is not what it should be, learning may not occur.

This program is designed to help instructors within organizations be more effective as they deal with problem environments, problem participants or content difficulties--so that learning will be a certainty. It is developed around memory research and adult learning principles. This dual approach teaches trainers to be more effective and to make what they teach more memorable. If information is not retained, it cannot be applied. If there is no application, "training" is wasted. This program will revitalize both trainer and content. It varies in length from four to five days.
